Breast implant surgery is one of the aesthetic surgical procedures that can be performed to increase breast volume, create a more balanced breast shape, or reduce volume differences between the two breasts. The size, shape, profile, and placement plan of the implant used during the operation are determined individually according to the patient’s chest structure, existing breast tissue, skin characteristics, and expectations.
Breast implant before and after photos help provide a clearer evaluation of the volume and shape changes achieved with surgery. In preoperative images, low breast volume, insufficient upper pole fullness, or a noticeable volume difference between the two breasts may stand out. After surgery, the goal is to achieve a breast contour that appears fuller, more balanced, and more harmonious with the body proportions.
The goal of breast augmentation surgery is not simply to achieve the largest possible volume. For a natural-looking result that is suitable for the individual’s body structure, it is important that the implant selection is compatible with anatomical measurements. For this reason, the same implant size may create different results in different patients.
In the first weeks after surgery, temporary changes such as edema, tightness, and the implants appearing higher than normal may occur. As the tissues heal and the implants settle into their natural position, the breast shape becomes more defined over time. A sufficient healing period must be completed in order to evaluate the final result.
The breast implant before and after photos below are shared to evaluate the changes in volume, contour, and overall breast appearance that may occur after surgery through real patient results. Results may vary depending on the characteristics of the implant used, the individual’s anatomy, and the healing process.
